Unlocking Live SAP Execution for Enterprise Revenue, CS, & Commerce

What Clean Core Means for AI Execution

enosix has earned SAP Clean Core certification, giving Revenue, Customer Service, and Commerce teams SAP-validated confidence to bring live SAP data into the workflows and AI experiences their customers already use.

Every enterprise running SAP has the same recurring conversation.

Business teams want live SAP data inside the applications where work happens. IT and enterprise architecture teams need to make sure those extensions do not compromise the clean core.

That challenge is becoming even more important as AI moves from answering questions to taking action.

enosix has earned SAP Clean Core certification, formally SAP-certified for clean core with RISE with SAP. In plain language: SAP has audited how enosix reaches into SAP and confirmed that the certified integration meets its standard for keeping the SAP core clean and upgrade-safe.

“AI is changing what enterprises expect from their SAP-connected applications. It is no longer enough to simply surface information. Increasingly, these systems need to take action,” said Nick Fera, CEO of enosix. “That makes governance, accuracy, and upgrade safety even more important. This certification gives our customers additional confidence that they can extend the value of SAP while protecting the integrity of their core.”

The certification follows the recent introduction of arnold™ AI by enosix, an AI execution platform designed to help organizations move beyond AI pilots and recommendations into governed execution against the SAP processes that run their business.

arnold™ reads live SAP data through Rapid Integration Objects (RIOs) in a single round trip, validating every action against live pricing, availability, credit, configuration, and approval rules before transactions are committed. No data replication, migration or middleware rebuild required.

Generating an answer is one thing. Executing an accurate, governed transaction against the rules that run the business is another.

What the certification means for the workflows that move the P&L

The financial cost of getting SAP execution wrong is well documented. Credits. Rebills. Exception-handling labor. Delayed cash. And the customers who quietly reduce order volume when a digital experience stops matching what SAP will accept.

Every enosix workflow runs on the same SAP-certified execution layer.

  • Revenue Execution: Live SAP pricing, ATP, credit status, and business rules brought directly into quoting and order workflows. Stanley Black & Decker recovered $10M in annual losses this way.
  • Customer Service and Customer 360: Live SAP customer, order, product, and transaction data available inside the applications service teams already use, so cases resolve in a single interaction instead of an escalation loop.
  • B2B Self-Service and Commerce: SAP-accurate pricing, availability, and order status delivered to customers without replicated or stale data. Sonny’s Enterprises cut quoting from 5 hours to 10 minutes on the same pattern; Mannington Mills automated ECC order and delivery data in their portal to save $400K and lift adoption 250%.

The same execution model extends to product configuration, returns, warranty, field service, and classic CRM. Typical customers see measurable ROI within 30 to 90 days.

Start with one workflow

If your team is running SAP and looking for measurable ROI in the next 90 days, the fastest path is to pick one workflow. Quoting. Order accuracy. Customer service. Portal experience. Whichever workflow generates the most credits and exception work today.

Fix that workflow first. The proof will be visible almost immediately, and it will fund what follows.

SAP Clean Core certification FAQs

What is SAP Clean Core?

SAP Clean Core is SAP’s architecture strategy for keeping SAP S/4HANA environments maintainable and upgradeable while extending business capabilities using supported development and integration approaches. SAP formally categorizes partner extensions across four maturity levels (A, B, C, and D).

What is SAP-certified for clean core with RISE with SAP (Level B)?

Also known as Clean Core Classic, Level B applies to partner extensions built with SAP’s recommended classic ABAP development frameworks. Certified extensions are audited by SAP as upgrade-safe.

Which enosix product is certified and for which SAP environment?

The certification applies specifically to enosix Connector for Salesforce Revenue Cloud, 272_758, for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition, release 2025. For enosix customers, it provides independent SAP validation of the certified integration and additional evidence for IT, enterprise architecture, and governance teams evaluating SAP-connected initiatives as part of their clean core strategy.
