Greg holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA from Coe College. With a passion around education, he teaches at UChicago Booth and is a sought-after university guest lecturer across multiple marketing topics. "

Matthew Hail is the Chief Technology Officer at enosix, leading the engineering, operation, and technical strategy for the company's process integration solutions. With nearly a decade at enosix, Matthew and his team have been crucial in developing and scaling enosix’s product suite, positioning the company as a leader in real-time SAP process integration. His blend of technical expertise and leadership ensures enosix continues to develop disruptive integration technologies for enterprise companies.

Before enosix, Matthew led the design, architecture, and development of custom applications and services across mobile, web, and back-end solutions.

Matthew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems from the University of Cincinnati.

Steve Hochheiser is the Chief Delivery Officer at enosix, leading a team that has implemented hundreds of integrations for top brands. With over 30 years of experience in enterprise applications, with deep expertise in Manfacturing, Consumer Products, Ad Tech and High Tech, Steve excels in enhancing IT operations and ERP systems for medium to large companies,

Previously, Steve held leadership roles at Amobee, and at Pelican Products, Inc. introducing Lean principles to both the information technology and manufacturing teams. His innovative approach, and focus on improving user experience, simplifies complex processes.

Scott Hickman is the Treasurer at enosix, where he has been a pivotal team member for nearly a decade. As one of the initial employees, Scott has taken leadership of all financial and administrative functions, including the management of human resources. In his role, he oversees the back-office systems and processes of enosix, ensuring smooth operations in legal, compliance, accounting, and administrative activities.

Before joining enosix, Scott spent over five years at the accounting firm Munninghoff, Lange & Company.

Scott holds active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license and has BS degrees in both accounting and finance from Northern Kentucky University. As a current resident and native of the Northern Kentucky/Greater Cincinnati area, Scott is an avid fan of University of Kentucky sports, the Cincinnati Reds, and the Cincinnati Bengals.

Rob Ianni leads North American sales and customer success at enosix, helping enterprises cut through SAP complexity with solutions that deliver immediate impact. With more than 20 years of experience in enterprise technology sales, Rob has built and scaled teams at global leaders including SAP, Oracle, Imperva, and IBM.

Known for turning challenges into measurable results, Rob’s focus is on empowering organizations to move faster, simplify integration, and unlock real business outcomes. He brings a proven track record of driving growth in competitive markets—always with a relentless commitment to customer success.

Rob holds a BBA in Economics from Northwood University.

Lily Hwang is a seasoned leader with 20+ years of experience driving client success, operations, and enterprise technology delivery. Her career blends analytical rigor with operational excellence, making her a trusted partner for enterprise clients navigating digital transformation. As Vice President of Client Success at enosix, she ensures that customers maximize value from their SAP integrations by combining deep technical expertise with a relentless focus on outcomes.

Before joining enosix, Lily held senior leadership roles across AI, SaaS, cybersecurity, and consulting organizations—including Remarkable AI, ThirdPartyTrust (acquired by Bitsight), Narrative Science, Firm58, and Accenture—where she led large-scale enterprise deployments, built global client operations teams, and delivered measurable business impact.

Lily holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Rochester and an MBA in Finance from Tulane University.

Stephanie is the Marketing Director at enosix, leading the charge in crafting bold, data-driven strategies that elevate brand awareness and pipeline growth across industries. With a firm grip on both strategic vision and on-the-ground execution, she brings a rare blend of creativity and analytics to every campaign.

Before joining enosix, Stephanie spent nearly a decade creating scalable go-to-market engines and predictable integrated marketing strategies for B2B SaaS organizations. With degrees in Public Relations and Marketing Communications Management from the University of Alabama (Roll Tide!), she honed her skillsets in marketing strategy and brand storytelling. Today, she spearheads the enosix integrated marketing initiatives and propels brand differentiation in a crowded tech landscape.
